We took a break from Walt Disney World on this day and went over to Adventure Island at Universal Studios.  The main reason we wanted to go here was because it had The Wizarding World of Harry Potter.  Unfortunately everyone else in the United States decided to go there on this day as well.  We caught the free shuttle bus that got us there a bit after opening.  By the time we got to the Harry Potter section of the park we had to stop and take a ticket then come back at our allotted time to get in. Once inside this section of the park it quite overwhelming the detail they have gone to.  However, big crowds and long waiting lines

On tip we found out very quickly was for the biggest and most favorite ride, The Forbidden journey was to ditch your bags in a locker before going to the ride.  Otherwise you could spend up to an hour waiting in a line to get to the rides lockers.  Without bags you to the left line and went straight in.  As you make your way through the castle you will see a sign over a door that says, "Single Riders" TAKE THIS DOOR!!! once you get on the ride you wont be able to see anyone sitting next to you so its a waste of time going in as a group.  When you go through the Single Riders door you will go right to the head of the line. You have to wait for group to come up short one member then you get given the extra seat. You then meat everyone else at a pre-determined spot at the end of the ride.  Using this method we got about 4 rides in to everyone else's 1 ride.

For everywhere else on the Island of Adventure get yourself an Express Pass or you will spend most of your day in lines waiting for rides.
